裝修工業(yè)化：整體廚衛(wèi)、整體收納柜、架空地板、配套設(shè)備、衛(wèi)生潔具、裝飾裝修材料與制品、裝修工業(yè)化相關(guān)集成技術(shù)及部品；
城市建設(shè)科技發(fā)展綜合成就：集中展示重點城市在推進(jìn)建筑（住宅）產(chǎn)業(yè)化、建設(shè)綠色節(jié)能生態(tài)住區(qū)等方面取得的**新成就，各地優(yōu)秀的康居示范工程、住宅性能認(rèn)定項目、裝配式建筑示范項目；
