China (Jiangsu) International Cold Chain Industry Expo aims to build China's first-class cold chain industry chain Expo. Perfect cold chain logistics system is an important symbol of high-quality economic and social development, the Meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee for the first time put forward the cold chain to make up the short board opinion, the Central Committee Document No. 1 has been for 2 consecutive years on strengthening the cold chain logistics system construction and speed up the replacement of agricultural cold chain logistics this outstanding short board put forward clear requirements. Jiangsu Cold Chain Society under the guidance of the relevant departments of the province, bravely shoulder the burden, e-served to the global refrigeration, cold chain food processing facilities equipment, cold chain storage facilities equipment, cold chain logistics, cold chain terminal storage and sales facilities equipment, cold chain industry technology and applications, such as the whole industry chain upstream and downstream link equipment, technology and solutions enterprises, institutions, research institutes and other invitations to attend the meeting. The exhibition is expected to have more than 280 exhibitors and more than 15,000 professional visitors. The exhibition was also strongly supported by the European Chamber temperature, refrigeration, food cold chain technology industry association. Jiangsu Cold Chain Society, in cooperation with Jiangnan University and Nanjing Xiaozhuang College, held the "Fresh Food Processing and Preservation" symposium and exhibition at the same time, the seminar aims to promote fresh food processing and preservation technology innovation and technology exchanges, improve the level of fresh food processing and preservation technology, set up a platform for exchanges and cooperation between industry, research and development, and promote the transformation of results.
